Although we offer a free mortgage strategy call which will include initial financial advice, the overall cost of our services will depend on your circumstances & objectives alongside the level of work involved for the adviser. This will typically be £395.00 for residential mortgages & £495.00 for buy-to-let mortgages. We do not charge extra for any financial protection/safeguarding advice &/or product arrangement.
